With so much clutter online, how can marketers ensure that they deliver ads to the right customer? We recently conducted a series of studies with Compete to look at the exclusivity and overall reach of the Google Display Network. We compared it to the reach of traditional portal takeover pages. Here's what we found:

  1. 51% of movie fans, 30% of moms and 36% of auto buyers are exclusively reached by Google Display Network.
  2. The Google Display Network has the ability to reach 5x as many hotel travelers and 6x as many tech enthusiasts.
