Mobile phones – and smartphones in particular – are indispensible to moms. In fact, overall adoption of smartphone ownership among moms has risen 64% in the past two years. BabyCenter’s 21st Century Mobile Mom Report reveals:

  • Moms are 18% more likely than the general population to own a smartphone. Fifty-one percent say they are “addicted” and 1 in 5 say they “love” it.
  • On average, moms spend 37% of their daily media time with her smartphone – double that spent on TV.
  • Nearly half of moms have taken action after seeing an ad on their smartphone. Of those who took action, 51% told someone about it and 1 in 3 purchased the product in-store.
