Although consumers may know that the Nokia Lumia 1020 takes amazing pictures, we wanted to emphasize that it also shoots captivating films. To do so, Nokia Poland paired with Wunderman and travelled to three Polish cities-Cracow, Wroclaw and Warsaw-where we shot short films of 30 familiar locations. But to make it more exhilarating, we strapped the Lumia 1020 to a remote-controlled drone, giving people a rarely seen bird's-eye view. All of the shots were collected in a Windows Phone mobile app, Nokia Copter.

The Story

Although consumers may know that the Nokia Lumia 1020 takes amazing pictures, we wanted to emphasize that it also shoots captivating films. To do so, Nokia Poland paired with Wunderman and travelled to three Polish cities-Cracow, Wroclaw and Warsaw-where we shot short films of 30 familiar locations. But to make it more exhilarating, we strapped the Lumia 1020 to a remote-controlled drone, giving people a rarely seen bird's-eye view. All of the shots were collected in a Windows Phone mobile app, Nokia Copter.

Windows Phone users can download Nokia Copter, which also features photo galleries of each location. We created a simplified desktop version of the application on Facebook so that those without smartphones can marvel at the experience too.
