Just four days after the horrific murder of George Floyd, Nike release this TrueView video - joining the Black Lives Matter movement. Nike have repurposed their iconic slogan to combat the issue of racism and police brutality towards the black community. This is not band-waggoning. Nike have a history of tackling social issues – supporting black athletes and community leaders like Colin Kaepernick, Serena Williams and Lebron James. If your brand has the platform to incite change, use it.
