How the South Australian Tourism Commission reached millions and doubled leads on YouTube
Brent HIll July 2020A note from Brent Hill, Chief Marketing Officer at the South Australian Tourism Commission (SATC): While COVID-19 temporarily curbed domestic travel and tourism, easing restrictions are once again opening the doors for Aussies to explore their own backyard. The SATC is excited to share results from our 2019 “State of Wonder” campaign that celebrated our most vibrant and diverse local communities in an entirely new way.
To engage a wider audience of travellers in a competitive market, the SATC needed a way to showcase more than just postcards from paradise. Watch how the organisation highlighted South Australia’s best sites and activities in an unprecedented, unedited 120-hour live stream on YouTube and ultimately doubled the number of leads to South Australian tourism operators.
