Research conducted by Ipsos MediaCT reveals that the typical YouTube user is older and more influential than stereotypes might suggest. With 41% aged 18 to 34 and a 33% aged 35 to 54, it's hardly the preserve of bored teenagers. Highly social and vocal online, UK YouTubers are nearly three times more likely to rate products, services or restaurants online than non-users and nearly twice as likely to tell others about brands they love.
