In collaboration with the IAB South Africa Transformation Council, we gathered five leading women who are disrupting their industries one milestone at a time. “These women leaders exemplify the Transformation Council’s mission to champion diversity and inclusivity in the industry with the aim of facilitating lasting change that empowers diverse digital media and marketing professionals,” says Paula Hulley, CEO at IAB South Africa.

“According to a Financial Mail report, only four of the top 40 JSE-listed companies have a female CEO and women hold only 32% of executive positions,” says Asha Patel, Google’s Head of B2B Marketing Sub-Saharan Africa and Chair of Women’s sub-council IAB Transformation Council. “So it’s important that we are intentional about representing women who are at the forefront of innovation in our industry.
