Google and Ipsos conducted a study of business, leisure and affluent travelers and found that 57% of business travelers and 38% of leisure travelers use their mobile device for travel information-a number that has more than doubled in just three years. Affluent travelers went from using mobile minimally in 2010 to almost 40% in just two years, with 71% of them downloading the app of the loyalty program to which they belong.
