Manisha Lath Gupta: Well, you get treated like a woman all the time.
My name is Manisha Lath Gupta and I’m the marketing director for Uber India.

Manisha Lath Gupta: I actually gave up my career and worked for a political start-up for one year.

Manisha Lath Gupta: Keeping a bunch of 26-year-olds motivated.

Interviewer: If you weren’t doing what you were doing, what would you be doing?
Manisha Lath Gupta: Oh, that’s pretty simple. I would be a farmer. I actually farm on the side already. I have a 10-acre farm and I grow all my own food.
Interviewer: What’s the best career wisdom you’ve ever received?
Manisha Lath Gupta: To have a very high degree of self-awareness. Always keep looking at yourself objectively and seeing where you can improve.
