Amanda Richman: That always smiling means you're always complacent,
when actually it could mean you're tough as nails and maybe mad as hell.

Amanda Richman: In the morning, first thing.

Amanda Richman: Mowing lawns at $5 an hour.

Amanda Richman: Because it's always changing, it's always
dynamic and never predictable.

do you think you'd be doing right now?
Amanda Richman: Home renovation, maybe flipping some houses.

mind and say yes more than no.
